COVID-19 Update

To our John Deere Classic Fans, Volunteers and Sponsors,

We wanted to let you know that the PGA TOUR has cancelled four more tournaments through May 10 – RBC Heritage (April 13-19); Zurich Classic of New Orleans (April 20-26); Wells Fargo Championship (April 27-May 3), and AT&T Byron Nelson (May 7-10).

This action was taken in line with recommendations from the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and the Office of the President of the United States as they continue to battle the worldwide COVID-19/Wuhan flu pandemic.

In addition, the PGA of America has postponed the PGA Championship (May 14-17) for a date to be announced later this year.

As you will recall, the PLAYERS Championship was cancelled Thursday, March 12 after one round and the Masters Tournament was also postponed following the PGA TOUR's announcement.

The 50th annual John Deere Classic is scheduled for the week of July 6-12. Our tournament staff will continue to plan for the event, which helped raise more than $13 million for charity last year and serves as a proud focal point of the community every summer.

The John Deere Classic and our title sponsor always will be guided by the principal that the safety, health and well-being of our fans, volunteers, sponsors, staff and contestants is our No. 1 priority.

We will continue to update you as we receive more information on this ever-evolving situation.
