Mission: Moline Rotary Club shares the mission of Rotary International to provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through its fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.

Impact of charity on the community: 

Celebrating its 105th year, the Moline Rotary Club lives by the Rotary motto, "Service Above Self" through a variety of community strengthening initiatives, including:

  • Partnering with the Moline Public Library to host author visits for 2nd and 5th graders in the Moline-CV School District
  • Volunteer staffing of the 18th Hole at the John Deere Classic
  • Providing a dictionary to each 3rd grader in the school district
  • Offering grants to area non-profits and scholarships to students
  • Hosting community clean-up days, bell ringing for the Salvation Army, Race for the Cure Water Station, hats and mittens drive for area schools, and much more.
